Auscript is proud to support women’s access to justiceJessika Marek
At Auscript, we understand the effect court proceedings have on women and families and how they depend on us to capture every word. As a proud Queensland employer and a proud contributor to the state’s justice system, it was our absolute privilege to support the annual Legal Profession Breakfast at Brisbane City Hall benefiting Women’s Legal Service (WLS).
Women’s Legal Service provides life changing legal and welfare help to Queensland women and their children who are impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and complex family law. With over 16,000 women assisted throughout Queensland this year, all proceeds from the 2018 Legal Profession Breakfast will enable WLS to help more women and their children into safer futures.
Auscript’s Chief Operating Officer, Kate Gaske says the company was honoured to attend and support this year’s Legal Profession Breakfast to raise awareness for this critical cause.
“Thank you to Women’s Legal Service and all who work endlessly to deliver access to justice for thousands of women each year. We are inspired by their mission and outstanding work for women across the state,” said Ms Gaske.
Auscript has been a major sponsor of the Legal Profession Breakfast for the past three years and Ms Gaske says the company looks forward to continuing to support Women’s Legal Service in increasing access to justice for Queensland women.
