We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Workflow Officers to join our Annotation Team in Perth.  The Annotations officer is responsible for logging of various court proceedings, in order to provide cues for typists and assist on-time delivery of transcripts to our clients.  This entails monitoring pre-recorded and live court proceedings, and noting particulars and key events.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining positive relationships with key internal stakeholders
  2. Responding to deadlines by prioritising workloads appropriately
  3. Creating accurate Lognotes and Matter Artefacts in accordance with company procedure
  4. Providing matter segment times in accordance with the client’s order types
  5. Alerting production to key events by making clear and precise notes as required
  6. Ensuring the on-time delivery of products by completing tasks within specified timelines
  7. Demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks
  8. Producing high volume work without sacrificing quality

You will have:

  1. Strong clerical and administration skills
  2. Excellent grammar, spelling and syntax skills
  3. Intermediate to advanced keyboard skills
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. A sense of urgency and results orientation
  6. A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver to deadlines

Experience in working with in the legal industry, or knowledge of legal terminology is advantageous, but not necessary
