VP – Customer Advocacy
Jessica Oey returned to Auscript in July 2020 in the role of Vice President – Customer Advocacy. Jessica supported the business in an account management capacity from 2009-2016 as Account Management Coordinator and National Account Manager.
Jessica leads our Customer Advocacy Team and believes in partnering with our clients in the delivery of court technology, recording and transcription solutions. The team also has a focus on strengthening our relationships with the wider legal community.
Before rejoining the Auscript team, Jessica moved into the not-for-profit sector, where she was fortunate to support vital community services by securing funding through the corporate partnerships function. She also spent time in the banking sector, where she led several projects and initiatives in the social impact space. Jessica is currently completing her MBA at the University of Queensland.
