Jodi is a dedicated and highly experienced Client Services Manager who has been in the industry for over twenty years.
Since starting with Auscript in 2013, Jodi has been a multi-department manager responsible for the leadership of Auscript’s Sales and Client Services Teams.
Jodi has demonstrated the ability to identify emerging opportunities to add value to Auscript’s clients. She is a collaborative, result-orientated leader who has built a focused, customer-orientated team of Client Services Officers to support Auscript’s clients globally. Jodi has been able to successfully build a capable and competent team of contact centre staff who have a high level of knowledge and skill to support our clients. Jodi has a consistent track record of supporting her team during periods of significant growth and demand for services. She is described as an energetic and optimistic leader that propels new thinking in customer-focused initiatives. Jodi’s team continually measure their effort against the results and focus on limiting errors and driving process improvements to support Auscript’s clients during the transcript ordering and enquiry process.
Prior to her time at Auscript, Jodi held similar roles for a major bank and law firm where she developed a reputation for transforming and leading client services operations to drive greater profitability and improved support for clients in a competitive marketplace.
