Mark has spent more than twenty years in IT Management, Project Management and Infrastructure across several industry sectors, including UK and Australian Government, Mining, Energy & Resources, Environment, Transportation and Health Care.

Mark is an experienced and talented manager who has successfully delivered global enterprise-level IT, solutions, services and projects, throughout his career.  Mark skilfully evaluates innovative opportunities, creating strategic plans and leading the implementation of multi-functional, milestone-driven IT projects to drive operational improvements and adding value to services for clients.

Mark has recruited, managed and structured several highly skilled teams across Auscript’s IT function that manage IT Infrastructure, Audio-Visual Services, and Helpdesk Support around the globe. Mark’s teams focus on supporting the Company’s systems to ensure the record is always captured and that transcripts are produced and delivered on-time.  Mark has strong communication skills enabling him to provide expert strategic direction and advice across all levels of the organisation – especially in periods of change during new service implementations.

Mark has a proven track record of delivering large projects, controlling quality, managing risks and issues, developing budgets, benefits realisation, team leadership and customer liaison.
