Natalie has proven that hard work and persistence pays off, having built a successful career in the Company since starting with Auscript several years ago when she was still a university student studying law.
Starting as an Annotations Officer in 2011, while completing her law degree, Natalie’s passion for driving operational improvements has seen her work her way up through the Company’s ranks to eventually join Auscript’s core leadership team as the Quality Assurance and Training Manager.
Natalie is a performance-driven leader, with a diverse background in Auscript production roles, enabling her to optimise the Company’s training and development practices to significantly improve retention and quality rates of Audio Transcribers and Stenographers during their on-boarding program. Natalie’s dedication to promoting Auscript’s performance culture has seen her implement creative approaches to Auscript’s training and development initiatives, which have resulted in successful outcomes for our production teams. She is responsible for overseeing Auscript’s ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS) and driving a continuous improvement culture. Under Natalie’s leadership, Auscript achieved its three-yearly ISO 9001:2008 certification after undergoing a rigorous recertification audit in July 2015.
Natalie leads a dedicated team who champion operational excellence and support the business to consistently deliver high-quality transcription services to our clients. Natalie is known for taking on any challenge and working diligently to ensure every part of the process is managed thoroughly – resulting in positive, high-impact solutions for Auscript’s clients and internal teams.
