Patricia Gunter

Group HR Manager

Patricia is a commercially astute Senior HR professional with multi-industry experience.

With over 15 years’ experience across all facets of the Human Resources sector, Patricia leads Auscript’s global team of human resources professionals – responsible for recruitment, compensation, benefits, on-boarding and talent management. Patricia’s team support the Company’s staff across its seven Australian offices and UK operations.

She is passionate about driving internal engagement, whilst maintaining and creating processes that allow for a more efficient and scalable workforce. Patricia is responsible for setting the HR function strategy and ensuring its effective operation and execution throughout Auscript. A key part of Patricia’s role is to ensure the Company attracts and retains talent by ensuring the correct reward and development processes are in place.

Prior to joining Auscript in 2016, Patricia established and led successful human resources initiatives across the finance, legal and recruitment sectors. She has held senior HR roles in both national and international organisations over a diverse range of industries and has managed and led a number of successful HR projects focusing on driving and supporting change as well as process improvements and efficiencies.
