Western Australia DoJ appoints Auscript new contract termDawn Mahler
The Western Australia Department of Justice (WA DoJ) has appointed Auscript as its recording and transcription service provider for an additional five years under the new contract term commencing in December 2018.
This selection is a testament to Auscript’s ongoing performance delivering high quality recording and transcription services to the state since 2013. Auscript’s local team of recording, transcription and IT specialists based in Perth – and supported by teams across Australia – has a strong working relationship with the WA DoJ and its stakeholders. Together, Auscript and the Western Australia courts have achieved a world-leading quality benchmark of 99.1% accuracy and 98.32% on-time delivery over the last five years.
