How to order a civil transcript

Crown Court transcripts can be quickly and easily ordered two ways:

If you are a Court user, you can place a transcript request through DARTS. Your transcript will be delivered through the DARTS portal in accordance with the turnaround time requested. Should you be unable to order through DARTS, please order directly with Auscript as per the instructions above.

Payment
For Parties to Proceedings and Interested Parties, payment is required prior to the commencement of your transcript’s production.  Payment can be easily made by direct deposit or credit card. Turnaround time commences from receipt of payment. For Ministry of Justice orders, the agency will be invoiced for services.

Please note: Some transcripts require revision by the presiding officer, such as a judgment. Once the transcript is completed, we provide to the presiding officer for approval prior to delivery to you. This can take time however, we will work with the court to expedite this process as much as possible.
