Manually Order a Transcript

Crown Court - South East Region

To order a transcript of a criminal proceeding in the Crown Court in the South East Region, simply follow the relevant process below.

Parties to Proceedings and Interested Parties

  1. Download and complete the EX107 form in full*. To ensure the efficient processing of your order, follow these guidance notes provided by the Ministry of Justice.
  2. Complete all required sections (please contact us with any questions). If the transcript is required urgently, please indicate this on the order form.
  3. Send the EX107 form to Auscript via uk.clientservices@auscript.com, mail it or fax to: +44 (0)3301 005213, and also to the court registry where the proceeding occurred via email. For your convenience, court contact details can be obtained by clicking here or via Court Finder.
  4. We will contact you as soon as possible to provide a cost estimate based on the length of the proceeding. Please note: the court needs to approve your transcript request however we work with the court on your behalf to ensure there’s no or minimal delay.
  5. Payment is required prior to the commencement of your transcript’s production. Obtain an estimate now. Payment can be easily made by direct deposit or credit card. Turnaround time commences from receipt of payment.
  6. Upon payment, our specialist team will start transcribing your request immediately and the delivery date will be confirmed in line with your requested turnaround time.
  7. Your transcript will be securely sent to you via your approved email address within our agreed timeframe.
  8. Final charges will be invoiced, and any changes to the estimate provided, will be communicated with you and reconciled promptly.

Some transcripts require revision by the presiding officer, such as a judgment. Once the transcript is completed, we provide to the presiding officer for approval prior to delivery to you. This can take time however, we will work with the court to expedite this process as much as possible.
